Acquisition

We purchase apartment buildings, self-storage facilities, and other commercial real estate assets in growing areas that stand to benefit from various improvements. Our target acquisition areas are emerging markets with strong employment growth projections, business-friendly legislative environments, and low crime rates.

Reposition

During the initial years of ownership, we work intensively to add value to our property by creatively implementing expense optimizations, aesthetic and functional improvements, and revenue increases. It is our core mission to provide both substantial returns to our investors and a great experience for our tenants.

Exit

Our asset exit strategies include either refinance or sale of the property, whichever is deemed to be more beneficial based upon the economic performance of the property and local market analytics. We may hold a property indefinitely if it is performing well. Or we may sell within the first five years if market projections favor a shorter hold period.
